We are pursuing our dream of building, owning and managing investment property in Tennessee. Whether you rent from us, or buy from us, all of the properties affiliated with us will be an extension of our family to you.
While we have been fortunate to travel to many places for business and pleasure, our hearts still come back to the Smoky Mountains. We’ve traveled to the area for the last 6 years to spend quality time together as a family, off the electronics, in a quiet setting in the mountains. On a trip in October of 2019, we took a walk to the end of a culdesac of the property we rented to enjoy the view.
Our first comment was “Wow! Wouldn’t it be nice to own a cabin on this lot?”. The next morning, we took another walk to the same lot to once again see the view. As we looked down the side of the mountain, we saw the corner of an old for sale sign covered by brush. We climbed down the slope and retrieved the phone number. After making numerous calls we were told the lot had sold to the person we were renting a cabin from.
We reached out to the owner asking if he would sell and was told no as he was preparing to build in the next few months. After a few more texts back and forth, late the next evening he agreed to sell. It was meant to be.
As our love for the area strengthened, so did our networking. Since that morning walk to the culdesac in 2019, we have acquired 5 lots, a 100 acre mountain, and are now positioned to own cabins, sell new construction, sell lots, and manage other’s vacation rentals.
Our strategy is to follow what has been successful in the area while adding a touch of contemporary style to our cabins. We plan to attract professional families looking for the peaceful setting of the Smoky Mountains with the modern comforts of home.
Josh and Camille are high school sweethearts that both graduated from Indiana University in 1997. Now residing in Zionsville, IN Josh has had a 20+ year career as a financial planner, Camille has been a freelance graphic designer, and together have 3 children Aiden, Malia and Madelyn.
We’ve always had a passion for real estate and have decided to go all in for us, and for other owners/investors, in making this dream a reality.
